Her passion for real estate is matched by a deep, first-hand understanding of the estate lifestyle, gained from more than two decades living and working inside the Southern Suburbs’ most sought-after secure estates.

Before starting out on her own, Brenda spent ten years as a Residential Estate Specialist for a leading national brand, where she guided record sales in estates such as Silvertree, Stonehurst and Steenberg. That experience revealed a clear gap in the market: clients wanted the nuanced insight of a true estate insider rather than a broad-stroke generalist. Recognising this need, she set out to create an agency built around specialised knowledge, tailored service and lifestyle-centred storytelling.

Armed with a Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and a concierge approach to client care, Brenda blends rigorous market analytics with elegant, data-driven marketing.
