I have spent more than 25 years living in secure estates and almost 15 years helping others find their place within them.

Having lived, worked and built her career within secure estates, she brings a perspective that extends far beyond property transactions. Her understanding comes not only from years in real estate, but from first-hand experience of the lifestyle, communities and values that make estate living so appealing.

After almost 15 years specialising in secure estates, Brenda founded Residence Estate Properties with a clear vision: to create a specialist agency dedicated exclusively to the estate market.

Her approach combines local knowledge, market insight and a genuine understanding of how people live within estate communities. Whether guiding a family to their next home or helping a seller prepare for an important move, she focuses on providing thoughtful advice, clear communication and exceptional service throughout the process.

With an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and a background in training and development, Brenda brings a people-focused approach to every client relationship. She understands that every property decision is personal, and that listening is often just as important as expertise.
